Your hormones may not need a miracle. They may need your liver to catch up.
A food-based reset built around the organ that clears hormones out of your body, with a preparation week before it and a transition week after, so it doesn't end the day the protocol does.
What women most often tell me changes
Not everyone experiences all of these, and not on the same timeline. This is what comes up most in my practice.
Energy that holds through the afternoon
Without leaning on caffeine to get there. This is usually the first thing people notice, often inside the first week.
A cycle you're not bracing for
Less of the bloating, tenderness, and mood swing that arrives on schedule a week ahead of your period.
Skin that settles down
Particularly the breakouts that track your cycle rather than your skincare.
Cravings that stop running the show
Steadier blood sugar changes what you want to eat, which is easier than trying to out-discipline a craving.
Does this sound familiar?
- Your mood shifts predictably in the week before your period, and you can see it happening without being able to stop it.
- You're tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix.
- You brace for your period because of pain, bloating, or how heavy it is.
- Your libido has been gone long enough that you've stopped mentioning it.
- Your weight hasn't moved regardless of what you change.
- You've been told your labs are normal and left without a plan.
Being uncomfortable in your own body for one or two weeks out of every month is common. That is not the same as normal, and it is not something you have to accept as your baseline.
The liver
Your liver prepares hormones for elimination. It is the step most hormone advice skips.
If nothing has worked, it may not be because you did it wrong
Most hormone advice starts and stops at production: what your ovaries are making, and when. That's half the system. The other half is clearance — what your body does with those hormones once they've done their job.
That work happens in your liver. It processes metabolic waste, environmental compounds, and hormones, and readies them to leave through your gut. When the liver is under-resourced or the gut is sluggish, some of what should have left is reabsorbed instead.
The result is a pattern many women recognize long before anyone names it for them: heavier or more painful periods, breast tenderness, breakouts, mood shifts that track the cycle, stubborn weight around the hips and thighs. You'll hear it called estrogen dominance. It's a description of a pattern, not a diagnosis on a lab report — which is part of why it goes unaddressed for so long.
Support the clearance side and you're working on the half of the system that most protocols leave out. That's what these 21 days are for.
I built this in my practice before I ever wrote it down
It came out of watching the same thing happen repeatedly. Women who'd been managing low energy, difficult periods, mood swings, and a libido that had quietly disappeared would start supporting clearance, and within a few weeks sound like themselves again.
I tried it myself first. What struck me wasn't dramatic — it was that giving my body a defined stretch of lower burden and better inputs did more than any single supplement I'd reached for.
So I wrote down what I was already doing with patients: the sequence, the food, the daily practices, and the part most programs skip, which is what happens after the twenty-one days end.
The Hormone Revolution 21 Day Detox
Twenty-one days of food-based, liver-supportive eating and daily practices, wrapped in a six-week structure: a preparation week to set you up, the twenty-one days themselves, a transition week so the habits survive contact with normal life, and a troubleshooting week for what actually comes up. It's self-paced and you can start whenever you're ready. Supplements are optional throughout, and I'll tell you which ones do what so you can decide.
Three phases
Phase one
Prep
A gentle, food-based start that gives your liver the nutrients it needs before you ask more of it. You'll begin the daily practices, start reducing the exposures coming from your home and personal care products, and get tuned into how you actually feel day to day rather than guessing after the fact.
Phase two
Restore
The core of the protocol. A protein-based smoothie to start the day, vegetables and protein with hormone-supportive fats at lunch, and a clearance-supporting dinner. Meal plans, recipes, and a shopping list are all written for you, so the decisions are already made.
Phase three
Transition
Where most programs stop and this one doesn't. You'll reintroduce foods methodically with a symptom tracker, so you finish knowing which foods are actually a problem for you rather than carrying a permanent list of restrictions you never tested.
What you get
- 21 days of meal plans and recipes, planned start to finish
- A shopping list you can take to the store as-is
- The detox guide book, covering how clearance actually works
- A daily practices guide
- A hormone-centered audio meditation
- A pre-detox video covering what to expect
- A daily journal for tracking how you feel
- A food reintroduction tracking sheet
- Video tutorials
- Bonus expert audio interviews
- A pre-recorded 90-minute hormone troubleshooting Q&A
- Access to the private Detox community
Three additions I kept getting asked for
Expert interviews
Recorded conversations with other clinicians on the topics that come up once you're past the basics.
Sleep strategies
Poor sleep works against everything else you're doing here, so this covers what to change first when sleep is the limiting factor.
30 days of hormone-supportive smoothies
On top of the recipes in the program, so the mornings stay easy after the twenty-one days are over.
The month stops being something you schedule around
You stop planning your month around one or two bad weeks, and start planning it around your life.
What they reported
I have more energy now than I've had in my life. It's really unbelievable how good I feel.
Gretchen E.
This is the first time in my life I've had regular periods and I'm 27 years old.
Megan D.
My skin was better in time for my wedding. I had tried all kinds of other stuff to clear up my skin and nothing worked. I'm so glad to have had your help before my wedding day.
Samantha R.
These are individual experiences. Results vary, and nothing here is a promise of a particular outcome.
Whether this is the right thing for you
This is for you if
- You want to understand the mechanism, not just follow instructions.
- You're willing to cook most of your own meals for three weeks.
- You'd rather test which foods are a problem than avoid everything forever.
- You want the structure written for you so you're not deciding daily.
This isn't for you if
- You don't want to change how you eat. That's a fair choice, but this program won't work around it.
- You're looking for a supplement protocol with no dietary component.
- You're pregnant or breastfeeding — see the FAQ below.
- You want a diagnosis. This is education, not individual medical care.

Answered
What if I'm taking prescription medication?
Talk to the clinician who prescribed it before changing your diet or adding supplements. I can't advise on your individual case through a program, and anyone who says otherwise is overreaching.
What if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Don't run the full protocol. And because access runs for a year from purchase, if you're early in a pregnancy it's probably better to come back when you're ready rather than buy now and risk the year running out before you can use it. If you're close to finishing nursing, buying now is fine. Either way, check with the clinician who knows you and your baby.
What if I'm trying to conceive?
This is a reasonable thing to do beforehand — I've used it with patients as part of preconception planning. Loop in your own clinician so it fits the rest of your plan.
Are supplements required?
No. They're optional throughout. I explain what each one is for and what to look out for when choosing them, and then you decide. The program is built to work on food and daily practice alone.
Do the recipes contain gluten or dairy?
No. Both are common triggers for inflammation and skin symptoms, so they're out for the protocol. You'll reintroduce methodically in phase three and find out whether they're actually a problem for you.
Do I have to eat meat?
No. The meal plans include vegetarian options throughout. Protein intake matters here, so I cover how to hit it either way.
How quickly will I notice anything?
It varies, and how closely you follow it matters more than anything else. Some people notice a difference in the first week; more often it's around the four-week mark. Some symptoms take considerably longer, and some have causes this program doesn't address. I'm not going to promise you a timeline I can't stand behind.
How long do I have access?
One year from your date of purchase. That's long enough to run the reset more than once if you want to, without buying it again.
